One of the very first commercial buildings in its neighborhood, Hayes Barton Pharmacy has been around for almost 100 years. Found at the middle of a 5-point intersection, this small store has made a big impact on its community. So how have they been able to do this? One of the main reasons is that the staff takes ownership of what they do. Pharmacy owner Brent Talley explains how his team has experienced increased employee job satisfaction and retention even during the pandemic, as well as grown their patient base. They have really honed in on the cornerstone of community pharmacy.
