Kavanaugh Pharmacy in Little Rock, AR is the first pharmacy in the state to open a COVID-19 vaccination center and start immunizing healthcare workers. These include healthcare workers who are not currently being offered the vaccine through their workplace, including some dental clinics, eye clinics, pediatric clinics, dermatology offices, and home healthcare workers. As the Department of Health authorizes other groups of people to get the vaccine, the center will begin accommodating those as well.

The guidance includes considerations such as quantity dispensed, days supply, and claim submissions. It also includes use case examples.
